What Do I Need to Place an Order?

For a custom contour pedestal follow the detailed instructions in the pattern kit, making sure all the specifications reguired for your pattern are included. For custom stain colors, you will need to provide us with a sample. For a rotating pedestal, we need to know the dimensions and weight of your art piece or trophy, and the rotation speed (rpm). We need a shipping address and specific shipping instructions. Business delivery is $50.00 less on freight lines and $5.00 less on UPS. Payment in full must accompany your order. We accept checks, MasterCard, Visa or money orders (U.S. dollars only). Please do not send cash.


How Long Does it Take?

Currently, our turnaround is approximately four to six weeks from the time your order is confirmed until the product is shipped, which normally takes three to five business days. Variables delaying your order can include changes, incomplete instructions, untimely response to problems or questions with your order, and such things as show season, holidays, delivery delays, or the weather.


Rush Service is Available

Rush service--at double the normal price--guarantees delivery within three weeks from your order confirmation date. Changes can delay the guaranteed delivery time of a rush order.


Can You Work with Our Taxidermist?

Yes, we work directly with your taxidermist to ensure the best results with a simple, easy install.


What is Your Standard Wood Finish?

Unless otherwise requested, all finishes are hand rubbed oil.


How is Pedestal Pricing Determined?

Pricing depends on the size and complexity of each pedestal, in addition to selected options. The price shown reflects the sales price of the pieces pictured. All the pedestals pictured can be modified to include any of our advertised options, i.e., size, finish, and wood choice changes.
